RejeRec
RejeRec is a multi-stage treatment system developed by Maskoub, based on a series of interconnected continuous stirred-tank reactors (CSTR), designed specifically to recover water from the reject of brackish water desalination units (BWRO).

The system reduces excess dissolved salts, precipitates calcium and magnesium, and produces low-salinity water suitable for reuse, while reducing sludge and alkalinity.
The CSTR reactor series ensures a gradual, controlled reaction and dampens shock loads, while the Hyper Mixer distributes reagents uniformly and reduces scaling.
Rapid mixing
High-speed mixing, reaction initiation and salt nucleation.
Fine precipitation
Precipitation of fine salts and sludge stabilization, with an internal recirculation loop that promotes recrystallization.
Separation
Lamella clarifier with 55° inclined plates for highly efficient sludge separation in a small footprint.
Key advantages
Modular design
Easy to expand and modify.
Lower energy
compared with evaporation and crystallization.
Continuous precipitation
with fewer scaling problems.
Simplified operation
and easier long-term maintenance.
High-quality water
suitable for reuse.
Usable sludge
or for safe disposal.
