DAF
Maskoub DAF systems provide a high-efficiency solution for removing suspended solids, oils, grease, metals and insoluble BOD. They rely on microbubbles formed by saturating part of the treated water with air under pressure, then releasing it into the main stream at atmospheric pressure.

The microbubbles attach to contaminants, making them buoyant and lifting them to the surface, where a variable-speed skimmer removes them to the float sludge chamber.
The unit integrates with chemical dosing systems, operates automatically, and is manufactured and supported with after-sales service locally.
Diffusion chamber
Raw water mixes with the pressurized recycle stream.
Separation chamber
Microbubbles attach to solids and lift them.
Skimming system
Transfers float sludge to a dedicated chamber.
Sludge chamber
Conical or sloped bottom for collecting settled sludge.
Outlet chamber
Clean water exits, and part of it is recycled after air saturation.
Key advantages
Compact structure
Stainless steel or carbon steel.
Variable-speed skimmer
For optimum sludge dryness.
Adjustable outlet weir
Precise level control.
Low maintenance
Self-cleaning design.
Integrated chemical treatment
Options: Snake-Blend andCAT.
Smaller footprint
Reduced installation footprint.
