Curved Screen
The MSCR curved screen with a radial cleaning system is proven for municipal and industrial wastewater plants. It is among the most efficient solutions for primary solids separation at the head of the treatment line, particularly in shallow channels of medium to large width.

The rake moves upward in contact with the curved screen surface, removing solids, then returns downward clear of the screen at the top dead centre.
The rake is cleaned mechanically, and the removed material is collected in a fixed container or conveyed by belt. A position sensor parks the rake above the water level when stopped, and an eccentric flywheel ensures smooth torque.
Lifting
The rake travels up the screen surface, collecting solids.
Return
The rake returns downward clear of the screen.
Self-cleaning
The rake is cleaned mechanically to maintain performance.
Collection
Screenings are collected in a container or carried away by conveyor belt.
